Your key responsibilities
• Understand Banks Internal data models, identify, develop and implement required data feeds between Concur and internal systems.
• Evaluate monthly Concur changes and their impact on Banks configuration.
• Monitor daily data feeds, investigation of errors for RCA and remediation solutions development
• Evaluate & translate business requirement into technical system requirements, provide feasibility and impact analysis.
• Manage requirement, feasibility, technical solution, testing in JIRA
• Guide and support team to identification & creation of test scenarios to cover every aspect of change and review test results.
• Initiate & monitor configuration changes strictly and deliver all critical changes in relation to requirement.
• Perform configuration in multiple environments, especially new workflow design, tax configuration, travel allowance configuration, Policies, Email Reminders, Audit rules, GL's, Attendee Configuration, Delegate, Expense type, Car configuration, design new Forms, List Management & Group Creation.
• Manage multiple environments, 2 Dev, SIT, UAT and PROD and keep all of them in sync. Perform gap analysis between all environments and take necessary steps to fill the gap in accordance with Bank's policies.
• Manage & configure dbNexus tables for smooth data transmission between Bank's systems and concur
Cognos Reporting:
• Lead & support the team in Requirement gathering, design and develop dashboards that helps Bank to make informed business decisions.
• Solve business problems by delivering complex analytical projects investigating key drivers in areas such as policy compliance, demand management, or supplier management and lead conversations to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Deliver critical and time bound solutions for Policy changes/specific country requirement in accordance with business spend analytics demand and project priorities.
• Monitor the evolution of operational changes that will directly impact data collected and identify report developments required to maintain integrity.
• Implement Cognos active reports to improve visualization and business interactions and management ready dashboard.
Concur Request Module:
• Understand data/configuration integration between expense system and Request module.
• Develop and maintain relationships with different teams and business partners for requirement gathering, perform feasibility and translate into actions
• Perform request module configuration and impact analysis on expense module.
• Other ad hoc projects, as required
Your skills and experience
• Graduates/Post Graduates in business/finance with technical background
• Minimum 6-7 years of Travel & Expenses and Employee Corporate Credit Card Management
