Any Graduate.
Minimum 2 years experience in IT Hardware & Networking/Telecom industry in the areas of service delivery and, customer relationship management.
Handling the Service Delivery operations for all projects, based all over India.
Call Logs/register complaints on software.
Resolve the complaints within the mentioned SLA clauses.
Manage team of engineers PAN India.
Able to manage Government/Defense customers.
Client meetings and Manage Escalations
Male Candidates with own conveyance is preferable.
Salary is open for right candidate
