Any Graduate.
· Minimum 1 year experience in IT Hardware & Networking/Telecom industry in the areas of service delivery and, customer relationship management.
· Handling the operations, SI installations and service delivery for all projects based all over India.
· Manage Project AMCs.
· Call Logs/register complaints on software.
· Resolve the complaints within the mentioned SLA clauses.
· Manage team of engineers PAN India.
· Able to manage Government/Defense customers.
· Salary is open for right candidate
