Experience in IT Hardware & Networking/Telecom industry in the areas of service delivery and, customer relationship management.
Handling Service delivery and customer related issues of our existing clients .
Handling the operations, SI installations and service delivery for all projects based all over India.
Coordination with Vendors/OEMs/Distributors for replacement and repair of Products.
Register complaints on CRM.
Manage team of engineers PAN India.
Client meetings and Manage Escalations
Excellent communication skills.
