Location - Ahmedabad/Pune/Remote
Exp Range: 10 yrs - 20 yrs
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Accountable for One or more client service engagements (directly or as part of a portfolio)
• Senior client stakeholder management
• Successful execution of Service Transition
• Delivering against the contracted obligations and service parameters
• Achieving the margin expectations
• Achieving high-levels of client satisfaction, obtaining regular client feedback
• Managing the service scope and identifying/contracting change requests & incremental business
• Understanding the portfolio of service offerings
• Execution of VBA related obligations to drive value outcomes for clients
• Client governance meetings
• Internal service performance reporting
• Driving client specific Service Improvement Plans
• Working closely with the offshore SUPPORT MANAGER to deliver a high-quality service to the customer
• Contract renewals and extensions, working closely with the Account Manager(s) where appropriate
• Working closely with the Exec Sponsor / Programme Lead and Account Manager for client management and account planning – 'one team' approach
