We’re seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead a large team delivering business-critical application services for a major Australian bank’s Core Banking platform.
Based in Adelaide, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in a high-profile transformation program while ensuring exceptional BAU delivery.
As the SDM, you’ll manage both onshore and offshore teams, oversee key delivery dates, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Your ability to balance BAU priorities with project milestones will be key to success.
What you’ll do
Lead a team of 45 (2–3 direct reports) across application platforms
Deliver BAU services to meet SLAs and drive major business projects
Manage project schedules, risks, resources, and budgets
Be the key liaison between technical teams and customer stakeholders
Ensure transformation program outcomes are delivered on time
Mandatory Skills and Experience required:
5 - 8 years' Service Delivery Management / Program or Project Management - SDM most desirable (eg SDM or ADL acc delivery lead)
Demonstrated record of running Managed Services agenda. Understands run, change and applications (infrastructure experience will not be considered)
Could have experience directly working for the company or from a consultancy / managed service business supporting the end customer.

Solid knowledge of Banking and Finance industry
Experience in Hogan delivery projects
