• Experience in managing 24x7 work model of IT Application Support with legacy and digital apps and other IT Programs to deliver within Schedule, Cost & Quality with 50+ member team size..
• Good experience in driving Process Improvement initiative leveraging latest technologies.
• Proficiency handling portfolio growth initiatives and experience around working on proposals.
• Good Experience in Customer Interaction and Managing stakeholders and submit periodic project status reports to confirm project progress to the customer.
• Proficiency in Support operations handling, Problem Management, Resource Management and Risk Management.
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
• Experience in project level activities of handling PMR, Audits and budget handling.
• Retail domain experience is good to have
