Introduction: Represent Middleware as a Senior Messaging lead, managing a team of technicians, to roadmap, deliver, life cycle and maintain Messaging technologies. Technical Road Mapping: Accountable for the delivery of technical roadmaps for future direction of the product/Platform. Accountable for promoting proactive remedial strategies to prevent future system problems and to improve the quality of delivered systems. To ensure the continual improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the management of products and services Product/Platform Engineering/Ownership: Be recognized as the key point of contact for a suite of Messaging products, drawing on all relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) To ensure that the quality, stability and compliance with standards of the products / applications are maintained across their lifetime. To use system specific knowledge and expertise to define strategies that provides business solutions. People Management: To effectively manage a team including work assignment, personal development and career planning, ensuring skilled resources levels are maintained, coaching / mentoring and driving/leading change to organizational transformation / process improvement. What will you be doing Technically lead multiple, complex Messaging deliveries. Manage a team of resources being responsible for the deliver, life cycle, integrity, availability and utility of Messaging products and services To be instrumental in formulating and supporting Private Cloud
