• Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

• Key Responsibilities : In charge of running the standard operating procedures SOPs and coordinating wit L1 support desk thereby assisting users/dealers in day-to-day operational issues and bugs reported in the system Collaborate with L-1 Team to ensure quick turn around and resolution of Tickets assigned and ensure SLA adherence Provide daily/Weekly report for daily status Documentation of Operation procedure Expected to participate in projects that involve one or more teams within the Organization
• Technical Experience : Implement best-in-class processes and practices for maintaining and exceeding productivity and quality service level agreements Ability to work independently, adapt quickly and maintain positive attitude Ensure 100 compliance to signed off SOP/workflows, Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems
• Professional Attributes : Good Communication Skill Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Educational Qualification : Engineering Diploma /BE / BTech /BCA/MCA in Computer/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics /Instrumet
