About the role

As a Service Delivery Specialist – Duck Creek, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of critical IT applications within our portfolio. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and partners, applying ITIL and SIAM practices to deliver reliable services and enable continuous improvement.

This role requires participation in the on-call support roster.

What you'll do

Configure Duck Creek Policy and Billing applications to meet business needs and maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with architects and project teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
Facilitate Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes to ensure operational stability.
Monitor service performance, track SLAs, and drive continual improvement initiatives across systems.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partner teams to deliver seamless service outcomes.

What you'll bring

Hands-on experience in Duck Creek configuration (Policy/Billing modules) and troubleshooting integrations.
Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks, with experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Proficiency in ServiceNow and data analysis for reporting and operational insights.
Ability to manage operational risk, security compliance, and vulnerability management.
