Experience planning, conducting, analyzing and researching to understand user needs and goals.

Experience with prototypes in different media across digital and physical channels.
Experience moving through projects, shifting focus from small details to understanding the whole system and the relationship between them.
Experience facilitating and leading co-design workshops .
Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints or other visual representations of user needs.

Experience working with Government.
Service design experience on complex, technical projects that developed ways to manage large volumes of data.
Experience of working in an agile, digital product-focused development environment with user experience teams, service designers and developers to iteratively create and improve digital products and services.
Experience with related UX Design practices and skills, including journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and developing wireframes and prototypes.
Experience working with personnel and product owners on an active basis to manage product backlogs and sprint activities.
Experience coaching or mentoring technology professionals and business stakeholders on the Agile Methodology and SCRUM Framework, and related practices for product delivery.
Understanding of modern software development patterns, tools and practices to support Agile team members.
Experience on complex IT projects with multiple Agile teams and with frameworks, such as Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), and Scaled Agile (SAFe).
