Job Description
You'll be working within a varied, complex role with one of Capgemini's valued customers onsite in Port Kembla, NSW , working with an accomplished team in a collaborative atmosphere.

You will provide onsite and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.

Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows), hardware troubleshooting, networking concepts, and basic Intune skills
Providing End User device technical support and a customer-oriented service experience.
Managing the technical hub for walk-up requests
Troubleshooting desktops laptops and tablets running a Windows OS (10 and 11).
Working within Azure AD and Intune(MDM)
Working with and troubleshooting common enterprise applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, etc..)
Troubleshooting AV devices in meeting rooms
Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands
Minimum 2 years experience with troubleshooting end user issues in a corporate environment
ITIL v3 Intune or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded
Job Description - Grade Specific
Demonstrated IT knowledge and minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support position,.
Working knowledge of Windows based systems, Intune with experience in the maintenance and support of HP laptops.
At least 2 years IT support experience using and supporting the Microsoft 365 Suite, Active Directory, Windows devices and printers.
Excellent understanding of computing hardware and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly and methodically troubleshoot IT issues.
Excellent understanding of the ITIL framework.
Excellent customer service skills.
