Performance Objectives
Provide support to end users
Maintain and support local facility technology
Device provisioning
Manage Active Directory Maintain SLAs with end users
Own the IT Onboarding and Offboarding processes
Maintain access control process
Conduct monthly audits on all platforms Inventory management
Hardware inventory
Contribute to ongoing Documentation efforts

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and core applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of Laptops, Desktops and Printers used in the business
Knowledge of Active Directory
Knowledge of Windows 10 and macOS
