The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting knowledge, and the ability to handle client issues effectively while maintaining service quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients by resolving application and system-related issues.
Build knowledge of internal systems and processes while supporting the team.
Participate in problem-solving discussions and assist in identifying solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents through ticketing systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Experience: 0 – 1 year in Service Desk / IT Support
Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Graduate)

Ability to interpret and resolve client issues effectively
