As a Service Desk Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide voice-based support, and help maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via voice and ticketing systems
Understand client issues and deliver accurate, timely resolutions
Participate in problem-solving discussions with internal teams
Document incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps clearly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Monitor system performance and suggest process improvements
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–1 year of experience in IT Support / Service Desk
15 years of full time education (mandatory)
Proficiency in Service Desk Management
Experience with Service Desk Voice Support (mandatory)
Familiarity with ticketing systems and client management tools
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
