Job Description
We’re on the lookout for talented Service Desk Technician to join our company. Our Technicians make use of their established skills within a fast-paced environment. Working on real time IT-related issues and requests received through the business whilst upholding Kinetic IT’s reputation for delivering beyond customer expectations.
IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN:
Troubleshooting & investigating IT-related issues over the phone
Deliver a high-level of proactive and cooperative customer service
Log & resolve IT tickets and escalating to cross-functional teams as required
Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
Sharing lessons learned and process improvements with your team
KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:
Required: A minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance or higher
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
Clear communication and good customer service skills
The ability to adapt to technology changes and follow processes accurately
Prior experience in a phone based and/or dynamic customer service environment is highly desirable.
