Job Description
• 24/7 Shift – Predominantly UK Shift
• Calls/Chats and Portal tickets to be handled
• + hours of shift (1 hour break)
• Work from office
• 2 Weekly offs per week (Split Offs)
• Technical Service Desk – L1 Troubleshooting
• Handling calls and Chats related to Outlook, VPN, Wi Fi , Login Issues, Hardware issues and any other client related application issue – We need to raise tickets and resolve it or route to the next level team
• Call back the user if necessary
• Any Graduate with excellent communication Skills
• Fresher or Experienced( Max.2 years experienced)
• UK/US shift - cab would be provided
• Virtual rounds of Interview would be there
• Immediate Joiners required
• Handsome Package
