About the role
Manages the operations and infrastructure of LawAccess including facilities, information technology, data and business processes. Coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of the organisational objectives of LawAccess NSW.

You thrive on collaboration, confidently engaging with diverse stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes. With a solid understanding of Legal Aid services, you combine project management expertise with hands-on experience leading teams and supporting people with varied functions or diverse roles. Your qualifications in project or operations management, or equivalent experience, equip you to drive initiatives forward with confidence. You also bring a keen eye for digital solutions, backed by demonstrated knowledge of website and systems management, accessibility standards, and user-focused design principles that ensure information is delivered effectively and inclusively.

You must:
be willing to do a Criminal Record Check
hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
have relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, operations management or equivalent experience
have demonstrated knowledge and experience of website and systems management, including accessibility, design and information delivery principles
