Prepare and maintain technical service documentation, troubleshooting guides, and safety bulletins for PCS100/PCS120 systems
Establish and uphold templates, style guides, and governance to ensure documentation quality and consistency
Collaborate with product and service teams to integrate feedback and improve serviceability
Drive continuous improvement, exploring digital/multimedia formats and efficient processes for information delivery
Qualifications for the Role
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or similar), with 2+ years’ experience in service delivery, technical writing, or project coordination
Field/site experience with power electronics equipment; ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-focused content
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare is a plus
Knowledge of PCS100/PCS120 or related UPS/Power Protection products preferred; understanding of IEC/IEEE documentation standards advantageous
Proficiency in communicating in English in a professional and technical context
Strong time management, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving skills under pressure
