Key Responsibilities
• Visit client locations to diagnose technical problems and ensure optimal performance of coffee machines
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Perform field service tasks with strong communication skills
Qualifications
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting of machinery
• Experience in Technical Support and Field Service operations
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field
• Relevant experience in servicing coffee machines is a plus
• Technical diploma or degree in a related field
