3-5 years of work experience as a Electronics equipment Service Engineer with hands on
experience for repairs, on-site customer visit, fault finding & diagnosis experience.
Mix experience of on-site repairs as well as workshop assembly & repairs would be prefered.
Good knowledge in Variable Frequency Drives and Electrical motors.
Good English communication skills (Speak/ Write).
Self-motivated, emphatic, self-reliant
As the position is based in Pune Marathi & Hindi language will be an added advantage.
Detail Job Profile
Responsible for repairs in Service center as well as on-site customer service support in de-
fined time frame.
In case of customer complaints, determine the cause of the failure and compare it with the customer information -> On-site diagnosis.
Writing reports for the customer or internally.
Carry out repairs or modifications as specified on the service order / directed by supervisor.
Visiting service partners to assist with practical trainings and proper utilization for customer com-
plaints and follow-ups for reports.
If necessary, request replacement material or inform the supervisor in case of warranty decisions.
Focus on end-user spare part business coordinating with HO team.
Handling AMC contracts as directed by Service Manager.
Document the used material and used hours and write a report in the SAP-CS system
Reporting required parts, working hours in the SAP-CS system
Adding information to the service order in the SAP-CS system
Providing service support to customers based on the request from sales/customer.
Job profile calls for pan India travel.
Inspecting customer units, making a report (if possible analysis report) at site and sending the
service estimate (necessary spares) and offer as per the service guidelines to concerned sales
engineer.
Maintaining the complete documentation of service orders and files.
Updation of the records in the system.
Maintain all tools, tackles & instruments in working condition & timely maintenance of the same.
Visit to customer place for Retrofit, AMC & spare business increasing service revenue.
