Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services to customers for the company's products in a timely and efficient manner. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and customer service to provide excellent customer support and resolve customer issues effectively.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. ITI/Diploma Degree Holders are welcomed.
• 1+ years of experience in the service or maintenance of industrial equipment needed. Freshers also welcomed.
• Strong technical skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed
