Job Title: Service Engineer for Battery Operated Trucks with Controllers
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Josts Engineering Company Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our battery operated trucks with controllers, providing technical support to external customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: The candidate must have sound technical knowledge of battery operated trucks with controllers, including their design, functionality, and maintenance requirements.
Installation and Commissioning: Provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of machinery, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Perform hands-on, on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Customer Support: Provide technical support to external customers at their location, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Training and Development: Deliver on-site training to customers, enhancing their understanding and skills related to our products and services.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Convert customers from warranty to AMC and retain them, selling spares to customers not in contract, and repairing and servicing jobs for customers not in contact.
Value Added Solutions: Create value-added solutions for old systems through revamp and retrofit, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Administrative Tasks: Perform miscellaneous administrative duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success.
Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret customer descriptions of their problems and solve them efficiently and effectively.
Diagnostics: Good diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deal with any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Travel: Comfortable with traveling, with the ability to work in various locations and environments.
Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
