About Riada Sales Inc.
Riada Sales Inc. is a leading manufacturer’s representative for mechanical systems and engineered solutions across Western Canada. We specialize in domestic hot water, hydronic heating systems, instrumentation, and air handling solutions—supporting commercial and institutional facilities through sales, service, and project execution.
As we grow our Service Division, we are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Leader to represent Riada in the field and help strengthen long-term client relationships.
Role Overview
This is a multifaceted, client-facing role that goes beyond traditional service work. The Service Leader is the face of Riada onsite—responsible for maintaining system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and connecting field insights back to the broader Riada team.
You will work closely with contractors, building owners, engineers, and Riada’s internal sales and technical teams to deliver proactive service, trusted guidance, and long-term value.

Service & Preventative Maintenance
Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
Perform scheduled inspections, servicing, and performance evaluations.

Identify potential system risks and propose corrective measures before failures occur.
Start-Up, Commissioning & Owner Support
Provide start-up assistance and commissioning support for new equipment.
Conduct owner demonstrations and training sessions.
Support contractors during system turnover, warranty periods, and ongoing service requirements.
Technical Troubleshooting
Diagnose, service, and support equipment including (based on qualifications):
Pumps
Boilers
Heat pumps
Domestic water heaters
Controls and instrumentation
Booster systems
You will also coordinate parts, materials, and warranty items as needed to ensure timely resolution and system continuity.
Client Relationships & Field Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to Riada’s customers and partners.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently onsite.
Build long-term relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants.
Understand the bigger picture—how service, maintenance, parts, and future upgrades connect.
Identify opportunities through observation and experience, without aggressive sales tactics, and relay insights back to the Riada team.
Engineering Support & Consulting
Collaborate with Riada’s technical sales and engineering teams.
Provide field feedback to support system improvements and future designs.
Assist with training initiatives and ongoing technical support efforts.
Successful Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate:
Represents Riada with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.
Communicates technical concepts clearly to both contractors and building owners.
Builds relationships naturally and understands the service-driven customer environment.
Thinks beyond the immediate repair and understands long-term lifecycle value.
Takes pride in quality workmanship, documentation, and follow-through.
Recognizes opportunities through experience and proactive service—not pushy sales.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
