Must Have
SIAM
• Experience in setting up standards and processes, meeting the IT service priorities.
• Experience in creation, implementation, and monitoring of an effective governance framework for effective and efficient service delivery.
• Develop required controls and best practices by proactively exploring OFIs.
• Implement the Governance quality assurance framework,
• Ensure internal controls and process compliance through regular audits.
• ITIL Intermediate Certification
• Strong understanding of functions including but not limited to continual service improvement, incident, problem, change, configuration, release, service catalog management, service level management, KPIs, SLAs etc.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders including but not limited to customers, service providers etc.
Non-Technical:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand business quickly.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive the responsibilities meeting the timelines.
• Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts / customer business hours as per the requirement
Good to Have
• Understanding of IT infrastructure components
