We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Service/Retail Manager to join our Craigmore Pharmacy team on a full-time basis.
Service/Retail Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:
Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time.
provide your team with support and guidance in the areas of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement.
manage rosters and timekeeping for all OTC team members.
Ensure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores.
Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
Successful Applicant must be available to work the following roster:
Week A & C (31.75 hours):
Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:15am – 7:00pm
Week B & D (44.25 hours):
Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:15am – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 2:30pm
Skills and Experiences:
People who excel as National Pharmacies Service/Retail Managers consistently demonstrate:
Relevant retail and people management experience - preferably in Pharmacy.
Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others.
Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
Adaptability and flexibility
As a member of our team, you will enjoy:
