About the Role
As Service Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the operational, commercial, and customer performance of the service department. Leading from the front, you’ll balance daily execution with continuous improvement—building a safe, efficient, and proud team culture.

What you will do
You’ll lead from the front balancing day‑to‑day execution with continuous improvement, while building a team culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and pride in workmanship.
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead, develop, and motivate a team of technicians
Drive efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Improve workshop systems, processes, and technical capability
Manage budgets, KPIs, and performance
Identify opportunities to grow service performance and revenue
Champion health and safety leadership across the workshop
About You
You’re a confident, hands-on leader who understands great service, from the workshop floor to the customer conversation.
You bring:
Leadership experience in heavy automotive, agricultural, or construction servicing
Strong operational and workflow management capability
A relevant trade qualification with sound diagnostic skills
A customer first mindset and high-quality standards
The ability to coach and develop technical teams
Strong health and safety leadership
Commercial awareness (budgets and performance metrics desirable)
