E. Job Overview:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Service to oversee and enhance our service operations across Noida. This role demands a strong engineering background, particularly in the Quality department, and a thorough understanding of various appliances and their components. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess hands-on experience with MS Excel and PPT, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.

G. Qualifications:
a) Education:
• B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering from a recognized institution.
b) Experience:
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in the Quality department, with hands-on experience in a service management role related to appliances.
c) Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of appliance components such as, Thermostat, Compressor, Fan motors, Gasket & refrigeration cycle of Refrigerator / Deep freezers / Visi coolers and their functionalities.
• Experience with 8D methodology for CAPA and Why-Why analysis.
d) Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
e) Additional Skills:
• Ability to coordinate effectively with factory representatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing service issues.
