Position- Service Manager/ Sales Coordinator
Location- Kolkata
Experience- Minimum 3+ years in any Wealth Management / Banking Operations/ Mutual Fund Operation
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with other departments- Working with marketing, research, and design to improve sales
2. Managing sales operations- Coordinating sales activities, scheduling meetings, and presenting sales data
3. Supporting customers- Answering customer questions, arranging delivery dates, and responding to calls and emails
4. Maintaining sales records- Keeping track of sales performance metrics and reporting to senior managers
5. Sales Reporting- Providing proper report to Management, Team Members, Clients and other Stakeholders
6. Following Proper Guidelines- Adhere to strict norms as laid down by SEBI, AMFI, IRDA and other Govt. bodies
7. Data Entry- Recording and updating information into the database accurately and efficiently.
Processing Transactions- Handling and processing routine transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
8. Record Keeping- Maintaining accurate and organized records of transactions and other relevant data.
+. Customer Support- Answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information as needed.
10. Documentation- Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files.
11. Compliance- Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
12. Team Support- Assisting team members and contributing to team goals.
13. Reporting- Generating reports and presenting findings to management.
The ideal candidate for this role should have attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
