Service Manager & Spare Parts Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Supervise and train service technicians and support staff.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Track service KPIs and implement performance improvements.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and service records.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement.
• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement inventory control systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure parts availability.
• Drive spare parts sales and achieve business targets.
• Maintain records of purchases, usage, and stock levels.
• Monitor obsolete or slow-moving items and reduce wastage.
