Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Service Manager to oversee and manage our air conditioner service, maintenance, and repair operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management and Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage service technicians and support staff.
Assign and prioritize service tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
Service Operations Management
Plan and oversee daily service, maintenance, and repair schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables to maintain adequate stock levels.
Customer Service and Relationship Management
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Technical Oversight
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues escalated by technicians.
Stay updated on the latest air conditioning systems, technologies, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
