Job Description
Service Relationship Manager – SESO
Handling service related requests and documentation requirements of customers across Wholesale Banking Businesses
Liaising with clients, Relationship team, Legal; Credit; Technical Team, CAD; Operations etc. for timely execution of deliverables and smooth resolution of issues
Preparation, Issuance and verification of sanction letter facility and security documents
Coordination with customers for timely and seamless execution of documents
Ensuring compliance of post-disbursement formalities such as pending documents, covenant fulfilment etc.
