Job Overview:
The Business Analyst will gather requirements and ensure the successful testing and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. You will work with business units to identify needs and create functional specifications for developers.
Required Skills
• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Work with development and testing teams to validate ServiceNow features.
• Create functional specs and test plans for ServiceNow deployments.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or functional analyst.
• 2+ year of experience with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
