This ro le is with Symbiotic Business Outsourcing Pvt Ltd in New Delhi, India, which is an extension of Symbiotic Consulting Group LLC of USA Role: ServiceNow Developer 1-5 Year(s) City: New Delhi, India Work Location: Mostly remote, working from home option available, also from New Delhi Office Shift: Overlapping with USA Eastern Standard Time shift Functional Area: Software Development, Designing and Architecture Role Category: Programming Design Experience • Expert in Service Now development, administration and configuration, and development.Business rules - Client scripts - UI policies - Data policies ACLs - UI actions - Script includes - Transform -maps Workflows - Form and list configuration with multiple views - Database views, Inbound Actions. • Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and expertise in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs. • Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Base is an added advantage. • Responsible for the gathering technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems. • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js, HTML. • Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners. • (essential) fluent English written and spoken Responsibilities • Develop high-quality software design and architecture • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle • Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting • Review and debug code • Perform validation and verification testing • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products • Document development phases and monitor systems • Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise • ServiceNow Dev / Admin Certification • Working knowledge in enterprise architectures. • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies. • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work. • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management. • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
