Position :Service now developer
Job Location: Bangalore/chennai
Experience: 4-6 years
Job Details:
MUST HAVE:
1. Javascript (Expert)
2. ServiceNow Script (Expert)
3. Angular JS (highly skilled)
4. GlideAjax (highly skilled
5. Ability to understand script (Java/ServiceNow script) to troubleshoot, and to use with request items
6. Full knowledge of following applications: Incident, Problem, Change, Config/CMDB, Release, Request, SLA,
7. Understanding of Business Rules, Client Script, Script Includes and their usage.
8. Understanding of ACLs
+. Ability to troubleshoot – i.e. communication with caller, replication of issue in sub – prod.
10. Building of Request Items, Order guides.
11. Workflow and Flow designer usage.
Good to have:
1. Scripting: JavaScript, CSS, Html, Jelly, Angular (Tony clone), Ajax
2. Scoped Applications – Support/Experience building
3. ITOM
4. ITAM
5. GRC.
