• Participates in gathering technical specifications to the sub-system level.
• Develop program specifications for all levels of complexity, code programs from high level specifications.
• Experience in CSM Projects.
• Development, integration and testing of the ServiceNow solutions across various platform workflows: ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, PA, HRSD, GRC,
• CSMStrong experience in of ServiceNow platform architecture and components such as Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Release Management.
• Implement Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services
