Job Description
Summary:
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy code that is efficient, well structured, documented, maintainable & easy to understand..
• Integrate Service-Now with other systems using REST services
• Collaborate with other technical, architecture & business stakeholders.
• Able to monitor & troubleshoot, status reporting, testing & issue resolution across all the phases including production in Service-Now
• Strong requirement gathering & analysis (ability to work with a structured & methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.
• Preferred as certified Service-Now Developer
• Enthusiastic to learn and master new technologies and techniques
• Ability to work independently with tight timelines.
