How You’ll Make a Difference
The ServiceNow Platform Lead is the custodian of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it effectively supports ITSM processes and delivers value to the business. You’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and continuous development of the platform, ensuring it aligns with our ITSM objectives and broader business goals. As the Platform Owner, you will champion best practices, drive innovation, and oversee the platform's governance, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security.
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience in IT service management and a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and configuration.
• Understanding and knowledge of scripting and creating custom applications within ServiceNow to meet business requirements, improve interface and enhance user engagement.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems, such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to ServiceNow, ensuring the platform adheres to industry standards.
• Experience of managing ServiceNow change processes and projects, including upgrades and new implementations, within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Understanding of IT operations and how ServiceNow can be leveraged to optimise incident, problem, and event management.
• Experience of vendor management to ensure the platform receives timely support and updates.
