CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFILE
Location- Malad/ Vashi /Thane
Role and Responsibilities:-
1. Will have to handle calls for yes bank.
2. Solve the queries of the existing customer of bank.
3. Have to maintain good and healthy relation when the customers.
4. Have to pitch them about the banking product.
5. This process will be a domestic voice process.
Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Salary: 14,000 To 24,000 + Monthly Incentives + Yearly Bonus (Depend upon your interview also)
Job Type: Full-time
Qualification: Graduation / PG
Experience: 6months to 6 years Preferred
Skills: Good English /Good communication skills
