Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: As a Retail Services Plumber, you'll lead the charge in delivering plumbing excellence to our retail clients. Your key duties include:
· Collaboration with Team: Work closely with service team to coordinate plumbing installations, ensuring a seamless integration within the building's structure and design.
· Problem-Solving and Repairs: Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing malfunctions and execute timely repairs to fixtures and equipment, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
· Engage Customers: Using your excellent customer service skills, ensure customers are aware of the issues they are facing while explaining the step-by-step remedies you will perform. Provide timely solutions to ensure their plumbing systems are back up and running ASAP.
· Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough testing and inspections to any plumbing issues, ensuring the system operates flawlessly and meets quality standards.
· Adherence to Regulations: Adhere to safety standards, building codes, and regulations to guarantee the highest level of safety and compliance on every project.
