Service Plumber

Job Title:

Residential and Commercial Plumber

Summary:

A skilled Plumber is required to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing system layouts

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components

• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems during building projects

• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems

• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance

• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing issues

• Use power tools and specialized equipment to complete plumbing tasks

• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, to complete remodeling projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings

• Ability to use power tools and specialized equipment effectively

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
