Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and more
- Assemble fittings and valves for installation
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform repairs
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals
Skills
- Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use power tools effectively
- Knowledge of plumbing techniques including schematics and blueprint reading
- Capability to assemble, install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
- Experience with heavy lifting as required for equipment or materials
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
