Fox is a designated employer under the Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP), and this position is eligible for permanent residence (PR) support through the program.

The RCIP is a federal immigration initiative designed to help skilled workers settle in smaller communities, and Fox participates through the North Okanagan–Shuswap region, which includes Vernon, BC.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Address customer concerns by diagnosing and trouble-shooting plumbing-related issues.
Craft and deliver solutions that prioritize the customer’s interest and address their needs.
Create and drive new sales opportunities with cross-selling.
Keep your company service van organized and stocked with up-to-date inventory.
Properly complete all paperwork associated with each job you complete.
Participate in ongoing training opportunities to continue developing as a professional.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

2+ years of residential plumbing experience diagnosing and solving plumbing issues.
Class 5 Driver’s License, clean drivers record and ability to lift 50lbs from time-to-time.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
Ability to provide an unparalleled, 5-star customer service experience.
Organized problem-solver that can handle competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Self-motivated and growth mindset to deliver great work with integrity without supervision.
Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time and ready to work.
