The Role
Reporting to the Service Projects Operations Manager and based in Darra, this role works closely with the project teams, playing a key part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to VAE’s high standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role within a Tier 1 building services business.
What you will do:
Support the planning and delivery of HVAC service projects from quote through to completion
Supervise and support technicians, providing technical guidance and on-site leadership
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
Prepare, review, and submit service project quotations and field pricing
Coordinate materials, parts, and resources for quoted and approved works
Maintain strong client communication and build long-term customer relationships
Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements, site procedures, and VAE standards
Assist with reporting, documentation, and contract compliance requirements
What You Will Bring
Relevant HVAC trade qualifications and licences (e.g. ARCTick, Restricted Electrical, White Card)
Strong hands-on HVAC service experience with exposure to project-style works
An understanding of pricing and estimation of service repairs
The ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
Project management skills
Good service reporting & verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional time management
Ability to work under pressure
