About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised, customer focused individual with reception and administration experience. This is a maternity leave contract where you will meet and greet customers whilst assisting the service department with administrative tasks.
Some responsibilities include:
Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Making Service Appointments
Preparation of repair orders and updating customer details including accurate data recording
Co-ordinate transport for Customers to and from the Dealership
Taking phone calls, providing assistance to customers and making bookings
Monitoring online booking portals, maintaining dealer booking platforms
The ideal candidate will have:
A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
A confident phone manner
Well-developed communication skills and time management in a busy environment
Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry or customer facing/call centre would be advantageous
Ability to learn and work with multiple programs and platforms
Confidence supporting our loyal customers
Ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
High attention to detail
