Job Description
Position: Service Relationship Manager.
Experience: Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in the same industry.
NOTE: looking for candidates with a Wealth Management Background only.
Location: Charni Road, Opera House, Mumbai, Maharashtra- 400004.
Salary: 3 - 4 LPA
Working Days: Monday Friday.
Timing: +:30 a.m. 6:30 p.m.
Job role:
Customer on boarding, transaction processing, paperwork, portfolio updates, support, and service delivery are all tasks that must be completed.
Proactively engage with clients and serve as their single point of contact for all service-related needs.
Ensure that all investment transactions, such as MF, PMS, Structured Products, Bonds, and NCDs, are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide back-end support to the relationship team by recording and generating MIS and engaging with customers.
Managing escalations and handling HNI customers while maintaining good service standards.
Provide client service support in the following ways:
1. Accepting and placing transaction orders upon RM and /or client request.
2. Ensure smooth processing of Accounts with healthy first pass scores and ensure clarity in documentation, with adequate record of updates and process flow.
3. Responding to client inquiries on documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities transfers, security information, general product and/or service information.
4. Research and initiate corrections in transaction and/or account errors.
5. Liaison with Operations/Product teams, group service providers and dealers.
6. Create MIS reports of the client portfolio.
7. Servicing of banking customers in terms of cheque referrals, statement requirements, Re-KYC, Risk Profiling.
8. Ensure compliance and processes are adhered to in all internal and external communications
