Function: Client Engagement & Service
Reporting to: Head - Client Service
Location: Ludhiana, Goa
Job Purpose -
• To ensure & maintain core service delivery & RM support for respective regions. Ensure best in class customer services, error free and timely execution of customer transactions & rendering of customized support for Family Office & Private Wealth Advisory Base.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate documentation with various stakeholders viz, Clients, RM, HOCS Documentation guys, third party vendors, custody team etc. through email/phone.
• Check if all documents are in order and submit the forms for processing.
• Co-ordinate for pick up and drops with office boys.
• Fill and Execute transactions for POA and executionary MF, PMS, AIF, Structure. Approximately each SRM executes 7 transactions per day.
• Follow Up with clients for funding cheques for PMS, AIF, Structure etc.
• Follow up on various drawdown payments with clients.
• Monthly/weekly/Ad hoc/Customized statements (where SRM has to plot all details in excel) email to almost all clients that the SRM handles irrespective of the potential of the client.
• Follow up with respective departments for TDS pay outs, referral payouts, Advisory payments etc.
• Non-financial transactions for corporate, individual like change of add, name change, bank mandate change.
• Completing documentation for non-financial transactions such Status conversion from RI to NRI Transmission cases, Gift cases
• Change of broker in PMS, MF etc.
• Apart from service requests assist the client with resolving audit related queries or queries pertaining to PMS & WS and if any discrepancies follow up with ops team to resolve and rectify the reports.
• Co-ordinate for flowers and cakes on client birthdays
• CRM data entries for client onboarding and cases.
• As instructed by the RM going out of the way to help the client with his other personal investments which are not routed thru us like dematerialization of shares & mf etc. as a favor
