Exp 4- 6 Years| Salary -.8- 10 Lacs
Location - Mumbai
Job description
• Accepting and placing transaction orders upon RM and /or client request
• Ensure smooth processing of Accounts with healthy first pass scores and ensure clarity in documentation, with adequate record of updates and process flow
• Responding to client inquiries on documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities transfers, security information, general product and/or service information
• Research and initiate corrections in transaction and/or account errors o Liaison with Operations/Product teams, group service providers and dealers
• Create MIS reports of the client portfolio.
• Servicing of Banking customers in terms of cheque referrals, statement requirements, Re-KYC, Risk Profiling
• Ensure compliance and processes are adhered to in all internal and external communications o Handling of NRI clients
Qualifications and skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in investment/financial services Knowledge of Financial Products and Systems
• Knowledge of Banking Products, Processes and Systems
• Achieving Cross sell targets on Banking products (Savings Accounts and Hooks)
• Relationship Building
