• Handling service related requests and documentation requirements of customers across Wholesale Banking Businesses
• Liaising with clients, Relationship team, Legal, Credit, Technical Team, CAD, Operations etc. for timely execution of deliverables and smooth resolution of issues
• Preparation, Issuance and verification of sanction letter, facility and security documents
• Coordination with customers for timely and seamless execution of documents
• Ensuring compliance of post-disbursement formalities such as pending documents, covenant fulfilment etc.
Preference:
• 3-8 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of mortgages and legal documentation
• Strong communication and Ability to Influence/relationship Management Skills
• Go getter attitude, Solution-oriented, Ability to handle pressure
• Strong Analytical skills, Eye for detail
