BE/BTech/Diploma/ITI 5+ years of experience in service role (HVAC industry background preferred)
Job roles and responsibilities
• After sales and presales service to existing and potential clients.
• To collect and share relevant customer information required for growing the relationship.
• Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the company management.
Must exhibit the following core competencies:
• Proven Field Service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible working hours and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Problem analysis and solving
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Attention to detail
